Product Listing Content

When you use the Service, you submit Amazon product listing content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, search terms). This content is processed to provide translations and localizations.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Service
  • To process your translations and localizations
  • To manage your subscription and billing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Listora:

  • Supabase — Authentication and database hosting (EU/US servers)
  • Stripe — Payment processing
  • DeepL — Machine translation
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered content adaptation and validation
  • Vercel — Application hosting
  • Upstash — Rate limiting

Your product listing content is sent to DeepL and Anthropic for processing. These services process data according to their own privacy policies and do not retain your content beyond the processing request.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Translation history is retained for your reference. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive data
  • Row-level security on database tables
  • Hashed passwords (never stored in plain text)
  • Leaked password detection via HaveIBeenPwned (using k-anonymity)
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse
